 Take a look in your kitchen and remove all the bad foods that you have. This would  include cakes, cookies, chips, sodas, and anything else that is unhealthy. By doing  this you will no longer have your cheat foods lingering around in your home for you  to snack on.

 Photograph yourself

 Pictures never lie. By taking a photo of yourself every week in your bikini or  swimsuit for a year, will allow you to see your progress than standing in front of the  mirror every day. The photos will keep you motivated when you start to see the  pounds begin to shed off and it is also fun to brag about your before and after  shots!

 Friends don't let friends workout alone

 Working out with a friend has many benefits compared to working out alone. By    having a workout partner you will feel more motivated to hit the gym because you  will have your partner pushing you to go with them.  This reward is not to go wild and eat a bunch of junk food for a day. Give yourself a  reward on a job well done by giving yourself a new outfit, change your hairstyle, or  go buy something that you have been eyeing for awhile.
